It’s very difficult to perform the role of a SM as an entry level role. I’d say no, it is not.

I’ve seen Scrum masters hired by service company working at client side are treated inhumane, like do something i don’t give a damn you follow agile or not, Big bang delivery is important, create runbooks,…..can you make a video on this?

even big 5 IT companies don’t have tech-scrum masters then how still they are able to deliver a solution on time? and what could be the main reason behind the team who’s having non tech SM but still can able to deliver things on time.
I feel like a Technical Scrum Master is favored in a situation where there is a lot of tech talks – which in itself perhaps a bad sign that we focus on technical details themselves.
