Everyone needs to experience life at it’s best. I myself being an IT engineer know how difficult it can be sometimes to give our hundred percent to both Work and personal life. I tried various things but the thing that impacted me the most in a very positive way is meditation. Hence, instead of sharing about a “Technical Topic” I thought why not, share about something which could benefit everyone in some way. Hence – meditation it is 🙂

What is meditation? And why meditate?

When I first gave a thought about meditation – I thought why should I? Is it really that good or that fancy as the world around says it is? So, I researched a bit and read things which made complete sense. Additionally, following it made me realize that it all made sense. Hence, here I am , an experienced practitioner I would say 🙂 to share with you something about what I know – starting with – what is meditation?

In meditation , we concentrate on something – be it a word , breathing , our self (our body) for around 15-20 mins day and/or night. So, what do you think will happen if you concentrate on a thing on a daily basis – and that too – by closing your eyes – looking inside ? Yes, you guessed it right

  • You become less distracted .
  • You are able to concentrate more.
  • You become more self-aware and hence more confident.
  • You are able to do things more effectively because of the above things.
  • Bonus – you become more empathetic and kind – you’ll experience it I promise.

Wowww.. so many benefit – But howww do we do it? … So, let’s read ahead

Although there are many techniques – I have added some techniques which have been very beneficial to me and hope to you to.

The other things I follow along with this are regular Pranayama and being grateful and loving toward everyone .
