PM invested small and yet they got good pay. Us programmers, work so hard, master all the technicalities just to get paid little. that’s why its so hard to find programmers. in end all customer satisfaction, likeness of the product are all hard work of programmers.
that’s why i moved from RDBMS programmer to embedded. to avoid the non technical PM.
that is why non technical PM is a disaster in large companies. the complexity of software technology and business proces is crucial and huge. and PM will be hated.
So you guys still work even after having planning that day? For us it’s so energy consuming that we usually just call it a day 😅
